TemporaSMS LLC provides temporary SMS number services for legitimate use only.

By using the Services, you agree to follow this Acceptable Use Policy in addition to our Terms and other posted policies.

To reduce fraud and illegal use, restricted or high-risk services may be filtered, unavailable, or removed from the platform.

Users agree NOT to use the service for:

• Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, malware, or illegal content.
• Evading third-party platform rules, limits, or security controls.
• Sending unsolicited messaging or running automated abusive signups.
• Harassment or illegal communications.
• Creating accounts in violation of another service’s terms.
• Banking, payment, crypto-exchange, government, healthcare, or other high-risk identity verification unless explicitly permitted.
• Reselling access without permission.
• Scraping, attacking, or overloading the API.
• Hiding or falsifying identity during abuse investigations.
• Any activity that violates local or international law.

TemporaSMS LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

We may limit, suspend, or permanently ban access where we detect abuse, suspicious patterns, policy violations, or misuse of provider resources.

Abuse reports may result in number blocking, account review, preservation of relevant records, or cooperation with lawful requests.

We may cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.

We may also preserve or disclose relevant records where necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect the platform, or respond to valid abuse complaints.
