These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using TemporaSMS and its website, applications, and tools (the Services).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your login details secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

TemporaSMS provides temporary SMS numbers to receive verification SMS messages from third party services. We do not provide voice calls.

Availability depends on country, operator, and third party policies. We may add or remove coverage, services, or features at any time.

Message delivery is not guaranteed. Delays, blocking, or failures can occur due to carrier and third party controls.

Numbers are active for 20 minutes only. After expiration, the number cannot be accessed or reused under any circumstances.

The Services are prepaid. When you place an order, the price shown in your selected currency is charged from your wallet balance.

Prices can change based on availability, demand, or provider cost changes.

You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your payment method or local law.

We may offer a referral program that rewards you for eligible purchases made by people you refer.

Referral commission is credited to your account balance after a qualifying purchase and is not eligible for withdrawal or transfer.

Refund eligibility depends on the service type and the reason for the request. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.

If you receive a wrong or invalid OTP, you must contact support for verification and provide proof (for example, screen recordings or screenshots showing the time and the number that received the OTP/SMS). Refunds are considered only after verification and at our discretion.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension while we investigate.

You agree not to use the Services for any illegal, abusive, or harmful activity.

• Do not use the Services for fraud, phishing, unsolicited messaging, or harassment.
• Do not use the Services to evade third-party platform rules or security controls.
• Do not create or manage accounts in violation of another service's terms.
• Do not use the Services for banking, payment, crypto-exchange, government, healthcare, or other high-risk identity verification unless explicitly permitted.
• Do not resell access without permission or run automated abuse or mass signups.
• Do not scrape, attack, or overload the API.
• Do not hide or falsify identity during abuse investigations.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Services or our infrastructure.

Restricted or high-risk services may be filtered, unavailable, or removed from the platform. We may monitor usage, suspend accounts, block numbers, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with lawful requests to enforce these Terms.

TemporaSMS is not affiliated with third party platforms that send verification messages. Each platform sets its own policies and may block or limit temporary SMS numbers.

We do not control third party decisions, and you are responsible for complying with the terms of any third party service you use.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. You use the Services at your own risk.

All content, software, branding, and design on the Services are owned by TemporaSMS or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the Services in a way that creates risk for us or others.

Upon termination, your access to the Services ends immediately. Sections that should survive termination will continue to apply.

The Services are provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TemporaSMS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms or change the Services at any time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice.

Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
